We will pre-schedule all your sessions and get you started immediately. The personal training sessions are at my private studio or outside at a mutually agreed upon location. They training sessions are a combination of pilates and metabolic training. The accountability & nutritional support sessions are on the phone. I will make sure you are on top of your health, fitness and weight loss goals.
