♡ First, determine your metabolic type through testing to make sure you are eating the right foods for your individual biochemical needs. This is the best way to figure out what “diet” is best for weight loss.
♡ Second, make sure you are doing 2 30 minutes interval sessions a day – 5 days a week.
♡ Third, get in 30 minutes of weight lifting 3 days a week. And/ or you could add some pilates or yoga.
♡ Forth, set a side at least 15 minutes a day for reflection or meditation. Simply imagine in your mind that you are the architect of your own body. See yourself building your ideal body piece by piece. Or you can buy a guided mediation mp3 that is focused on weight loss, food, body, confidence etc…
♡ Fifth, keep a “makeover” journal. Write down every meal – don’t restrict calories too much. Eat 4-5 small meals a day instead of 3 big meals to boost metabolism. Eat REAL food. No fake, processed food or sugar. NONE. ZERO. ZIP.
♡ Six, write down your exercise for the day. Write down one thing you LOVE about yourself. Do this EVERYDAY.
♡ Seven, find an accountability partner and send them your daily journal entries!
