March Makeover – Day 12

Breakfast
protein shake with strawberries

Exercise
90 minutes hatha Yoga

Lunch
cobb salad

Dinner
beef and cheese burrito

Exercise
30 minutes pilates

No major insight to report. I’m feeling good, strong, healthy, happy and content. I did notice that I had been eating too many grains for my metabolic type over the last several days. I’ll cut down on the grains and get more carbs from veggies.
