Breakfast
two scrambled eggs, one piece of whole grain toast
whole milk latte

Lunch
turkey breast, brie, salami with whole grain crackers

Dinner
two organic chicken thighs, fresh peas
glass of organic red wine

Exercise
45 minutes pilates
6 hours of house cleaning – spring cleaning madness!!!
