March Makeover – Day 4

Breakfast
two organic scrambled eggs with mushrooms & cheddar cheese
1 piece spelt toast

Lunch
peanuts and protein shake

Dinner
orange roughy
steamed mixed veggies
2 squares organic 70% chocolate
1 glass red wine

Exercise
90 minutes of pilates, plyometrics, intervals, tube work etc…

I was sooooooo flippin’ tired today. I can’t believe how sore and tired I am from yoga yesterday. I made my way through a 90 minute workout in the evening, but it was a slow, slow 90 minutes. Oh, hells yes, day 4 done.
