March Makeover – Day 5

Breakfast
organic steal cut oats cooked with one organic egg mixed in
latte with whole organic milk

Lunch
bacon, turkey, sharp cheese, lettuce, mayo and mustard on whole grain flax bread

Snack
peanuts

Dinner
chicken thighs

water, water, water!!

Exercise
90 minutes of hatha yoga

Felt strong today. I’m starting to recognize MY body again – the body that easily takes me up a hill in Hollywood and the body that can easily twist, bend and extend. Bliss in baby steps. I still don’t have much appetite though. I know I should be eating more, but I’m just not hungry. For dinner, I literally only ate two chicken thighs. Eating for my metabolic type certainly has kept me feeling full for much longer.
