March Makeover – Day 7

OMG!!! My husband had to come wake me up this morning at 10am. I went to bed last night at 8:30. Wow….13 1/2 hours of sleep!! I sept like a rock all night, but woke up sweating. Clearly my body is detoxing. I’m sure it’s the yoga and more exercise in general.

Breakfast
two organic scrambled eggs w/ mushrooms and bacon
1 piece organic whole grain toast
whole milk latte

Snack
green food bar

Lunch
taco salad – organic pasture raised beef, organic cheese, salsa, organic blue corn chips

Dinner
we went to a a baby shower/part
ate little bites of variety all night
2 glasses wine

water, water, water all day

Exercise
30 minute interval training on treadmill
30 minutes jump squats, tube work and pilates
