March Makeover – Day 9

My body aches. OMG, does it ache. I took a bunch of arnica pellets last night in hopes that I wouldn’t be so sore today, but, apparently I didn’t take them soon enough. I’m getting a massage today and that would help!!! Hot damn, I can’t wait!!!

Breakfast
two scrambled eggs
whole milk latte

Lunch
lentil soup with dark meat chicken and bacon

Dinner
crab cake with cous cous and veggies

snack
buttered toast

Exercise
90 minutes of pilates, ballet style leg work, squats, jump squats, push ups, tube work, etc…
