March Makeover – Day Two

Breakfast
two organic scrambled eggs w/ mushrooms & cheddar cheese
1 piece spelt toast, lightly buttered

Lunch
leftover organic chicken salad

Snack
organic chicken & broccoli
2 squares organic chocolate

Dinner
organic asparagus & mushrooms, sauteed in garlic and olive oil
open faced sandwich on spelt bread w/ organic genoa salami, organic turkey breast & cheddar cheese

water, water, water!!!

exercise
45 minutes pilates reformer workout.

Damn I was tired today. After feeling so full of energy yesterday I’m a bit surprised. Still feeling much better than I have been – mood better and eager to get back to work!!  Woo Hoo! Loving doing this makeover for myself. I really needed it 🙂
