Hello lovelies! I hope day one of the Sugar Smackdown is treating you well. So far, so good over here.
I’m reporting my menu and exercise for the day. I’m going to keep these daily updates simple, but feel free to ask questions and leave comments when they come up. Oh and almost everything is organic and all the meats are organic and pastured. There are a few exceptions, but I just don’t want to write organic and pastured in front of everything… so just assume they are.
scrambled eggs with green pepper, onion, avocado, raw swiss cheese.
sprouted grain toast with butter
teeccino – there is no sugar in teeccino although it was sweeter than I remember so that’s out for the rest of the detox.
1/2 cup raw whole milk
grass feed beef and cheese quesedilla on a sprouted grain tortilla, with avovado, green peppers, onion and salsa
black beans on the side
organic greens, green pepper, tomatoes, bacon, turkey, cucumber, avocado, raw walnuts, crumbled organic pepper cheese, olive oil, tahini and lemon dressing. sea salt and pepper to taste
lots of water between meals! glug,glug, glug.
exercise: 30 minutes of stairs, 30 minutes of core, pilates, ab work.
