Sugar Detox Day 10

Half way there! Thank goodness because my hubby brought home some amazing looking seasonal fruit from the CSA.  Feeling good though. Feeling pretty damn good.

Breakfast

quinoa cereal with raw milk, butter, walnuts, green-tipped bananas

half caf latte with raw milk

Lunch

black bean soup

that’s it…. I know. I know. it wasn’t enough, but honestly I wasn’t that hungry

Dinnerburger

grass fed burger

oven roasted brussel sprouts

quinoa

homemade lacto-fermented veggies – love the broccoli stems. Crunch!

Exercise

30 minutes pilates

30 minutes stretching

water all day baby!

    I’m SO missing fruit. My kids eat tons of fruit so it’s always in my face…Not missing the sugar much. Felt sluggish today and not totally satisfied with anything I ate. I drank too much caffeine today too. Oh well, tomorrow is another day.
