Sugar Detox Day 11

OMG I want those strawberries from the CSA! Almost done. Almost done… and feeling awesome. Doing this has been so worth it and the strawberries will be there for me in 10 days when I’m done.

Breakfast

big bowl of scrambled eggs with broccolli

half caf latte with raw milk

Lunch

ham sandwich with greens, raw cheese, mayo and mustard on sprouted grain bread

guacamole and blue corn chips

Dinnergreens

left over pastured burger with raw cheese

fresh beet greens

guacamole

Exercise

90 minutes – pilates, metabolic training and stretching

water, water, water!

    I have lost 5 pounds. I was at 122 when I started now at 117. My “normal” weight is around 115 – meaning that’s the weight I feel good and look my best at etc… 120 isn’t bad, but anything above that I do start to feel a little frumpy… especially at just over 5 feet tall šŸ™‚

    And yes, I do feel amazing. That’s the best part!
