Forgot to post yesterday… Here’s day 13

Breakfast

fried egg sandwich – egg, raw cheddar cheese

half caf latte

Lunch

mixed green salad with tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, celery, turkey, salt and pepper to taste, sesame oil

Dinnerfriedchicken

homemade gluten free fried chicken

brussel sprouts

fresh cucumbers and tomatoes with sesame oil and salt and pepper to taste

Exercise

none – exhausted from Friday’s driving etc…
