I love logging this stuff! It feels really good to write it down 🙂 Thanks for inspiring us, Erin. I’m also not really missing sugar. I think winter is a good time to do this since I don’t actually eat too much fruit in the winter anyway. I’m finding that the only thing I am really doing differently is avoiding potential treats here or there (Coconut Bliss “ice cream,” or dark chocolate with sugar in it)…otherwise, this is pretty much my normal diet. Avoiding alcohol will be tricky when the weekend comes, but since I’m detoxing from my amalgam removals, it’s good timing to do this detox and keep my system ALL CLEAN!

I FEEL GREAT! Physically AND mentally for committing to this!

    Day 4

    Breakfast
2 eggs over more of my leftovers from dinner on Tuesday night crushed tomatoes, a bunch of fresh garlic cloves, oil cured olives, roasted red peppers, some black beans & cilantro over quinoa and sauteed kale topped with avocado. I’m trying to cut coffee to occasional consumption so I had 2 cups of green tea. Here’s a picture! http://tweetphoto.com/8211726

    Lunch
Wild Steelhead over sauteed bok choy and risotto cakes (went out to eat at work). Coworker had dessert and I didn’t want to sit with nothing so I had some coffee…I think it helped keep me geared up for my post-work workout.

    Snack
    Finished leftover fish from lunch.

    Dinner
Hmm…okay, I didn’t do so well with dinner tonight from a metabolic perspective: I ate nearly a whole head of kale as baked kale chips and about 1 1/2 cups of roasted green beans. Both were tossed with EVOO, Real Salt, Garlic powder and hot sauce.

60min TRX suspension training class! 6-7pm I ROCKED IT TONIGHT!

Oops! I forgot my snack before TRX/Dinner…

    Snack:
About 4-5 Mary’s Gone Crackers (gluten free) with peanut butter and coconut creme.

    Okay that is all!

    Peace 🙂
