We were out of eggs this morning, so I didn’t get enough protein with breakfast. But, I still managed to feel pretty good and satiated for 4 hours because of all the fat I ate with my oats. Gotta love coconut oil, real butter and whole milk!
Baked steal cut oats with butter, walnuts, raw milk
1 tsp. coconut oil
Half caf latte with 1/2 cup raw whole milk
Leftover tuna salad on greens topped with tomatoes, cottage cheese, cucumbers, sesame oil, salt and pepper to taste
Two chicken tacos with melted pepper cheese on corn tortillas
Black beans topped with creme fraiche
Avocado and tomatoes
1 teaspoon cod liver oil – I was out of it the last couple of days.
