Sugar Detox Day 5

Feeling fabulous!!!

Breakfast

open-faced fried egg sandwich on sprouted grain bread with avocado, tomato, cheesesoup

half caf latte with half cup raw whole milk

1 tsp cod liver oil

1 tsp coconut oil

Lunch

mixed greens salad with chicken breast, tomato, cucumber, green peppers, avocado, sesame oil, sea salt and pepper to taste

Dinner

lentil soup with organic turkey meatballs, topped with creme fraiche

sprouted grain toast with real butter

water, water, water!

Exercise

45 minute spinning class

Oh and by the way… I’ve lost 5 pounds.  booyah!

    oh my gosh! 5 lbs?!! lol i should have stuck with the Sugar Detox thing. I feel bad. But I will start someday…or this month.

    Wow! 5lbs! Maybe I’ll weigh myself at the gym next week on Monday…I don’t have a scale at home. I’ll post in with my day’s food tomorrow- too sleepy now- bed time!

    Day 5 (Friday 1/8)

    60min TRX suspension training class! 6:15-7:15am.
    Breakfast
2 scrambled eggs with andouille sausage and sauteed kale, chives. http://twitpic.com/x7l5e

    Lunch

    Fish tacos minus the tortillas- fish, cole slaw, avocado, salsa, hot sauce

    Snack
    
Mary’s GF Crackers with peanut butter.

    Dinner

    Andouille sausage, green veggie juice: cucumber, kale, celery, broccoli stems, lemon & 1/2 of a green apple.
