Hello day 6! Only about two weeks to go!
went out for breakfast, ordered the breakfast burrito and didn’t eat the flour tortilla.
eggs, with black beans, tomatoes, cilantro, avocado, cheese, sour cream – delish!
half caf latte
before we left I had,
1 tsp cod liver oil
1 tsp coconut oil
the rest of my gargantuan breakfast burrito!
celery and raw almond butter
mixed green and spinach, topped with chicken salad and tomatoes
sprouted grain toast with butter
60 minute hike – amazing day!!
Water! And later… water with spearmint leaves – Going crazy on a Saturday night!
