Happy Sugar Smackdown time!
This time I’m taking a global group of people through the Smackdown. I’m “taking one for the team!” and doing the 21 day sugar detox with them.
I’ve also decided to blog my meals.
Day One Sugar Smackdown
steal cut oats, walnuts, 1/4 green tipped banana, butter
1 hard boiled egg
smoked pork and mixed veggies: carrots, broccoli, green peppers, mushrooms, buttered, salt n pepper to taste
Snack: handful of walnuts
chicken fajitas (homemade) chicken with green and red peppers, mushrooms, cayenne pepper, salt n pepper to taste.
