Here’s the lie you’re being told about your body:  health and happiness comes in a size 2, with thigh gap and a six pack.

And this is just Facebook. You are bombarded with images like this from television, print media, pinterest, instagram, blogs, video games and more that tell you 1) you are just a body and 2) your body better be “ideal,” or you’re nothing.
