Six weeks of customized nutrition support. This is a great place to begin for people outside of the Los Angeles area who want to improve their health through food. It includes an initial intake call via skype or phone. Usually takes between 1 and 1.5 hours. Followed by a weekly 30 minute consult for 5 weeks.

Re-Boot Your Body Intensive


This program is great for the busy professional or stay at home mom who is confused about food, time-crunched, frustrated with a messy unorganized kitchen and pantry and wants to learn how to set their kitchen up for success. It includes a 4 hour intensive home visit where I will personally assist you in overhauling your kitchen.

We’ll raid the pantry & fridge of toxic, unhealthy, energy sucking foods and load up the kitchen with healthy, energizing, healthy foods. Plus, we’ll look over food recommendations and a system for healthy eating during your busy week.
