For those of you in or around Los Angeles who want to book a private pilates or personal training session with me below are my rates and requirements.
My session are pilates focuses, with some traditional personal training peppered in. I will customize the sessions to fit the client. I use the reformer, the wunda chair, the ladder barrel plus weights, bands, medicine balls, kettlebells, foam rollers, body weight exercises, yoga and bootcamp drills.
Why You Should Train With Me
I train my personal training and pilates clients with intensity. I love what I do and I get results. That’s because I expect hard work from clients – you aren’t just going to be lying on the mat counting reps. Having said that, don’t contact me if you are not willing to commit yourself to working hard. If you are a tire kicker and looking for a rep counter – look elsewhere.
And despite growing up an athlete I gained the freshman 30. Yep, not the freshman 15, but the freshman 30. How does that benefit you? Not only do I understand the mentality of a hard working athlete, but also the struggle of someone out of shape that needs to lose weight.
This unique experience with being both fabulously fit and shamefully chubby is what makes me an extremely effective trainer. I “get” what both types of clients need. Life happens – a pregnancy, an injury, a circumstance that throws you off your game – I’ve been there and can help you bounce back.

Pilates is my fitness of choice. It’s resistance training. It’s body weight training. It’s functional – meaning, it strengthens and develops your body in proper anatomical alignment and form; unlike many forms of exercise that can cause over use and repetitive stress injuries.

All session require a 24 hour notice of cancelation to avoid being charge for the session. No exceptions.

10 pack = $100 or $1000
or commit to 2 session a week:
5 pack = $95 or $475
10 pack = $85 or $850
Out call session:
1 session = $250
