For nearly 10 years I’ve been helping people transform their body, release unwanted weight and gain health and vitality.
I know what I do works. I’ve seen the results in my own life and the lives of my clients. I also know what doesn’t work. I created my 6 month holistic weight loss package when I noticed the progress of my clients who just tried a single nutrition session or only took 5 pilates sessions, or booked one lifestyle coaching session, just wasn’t that profound. There was good intention and sure they learned their metabolic type, made some changes in their diet and lost some weight.
But, that’s wasn’t good enough for me. I wanted to see radical transformation!
What I’ve learned about successful, long term, weight loss is this: when the four pillars of weight loss are combined that’s when the real magic happens. That’s when weight loss happens easily. That’s when weight loss is permanent.
The four pillars of weight loss are:
