Get A Better Workout Without The Gym

You know you can’t stand the treadmill anyway. Why spend another day dreading your workout? You aren’t going to push yourself, get healthy and fit into your skinny jeans if you don’t like what you’re doing. Stop phoning it in at the gym and get your beautiful behind outside.
Here is my ultimate body blasting outdoor workout.
- Find a set of stairs – university campus, football stadium, your office building – it doesn’t matter where or how many just find some. Start by walking the set of stairs (make your set 250 steps total up and down) at a regular pace.
- Rest for 30 seconds at the bottom of the stairs.
- Before you climb again do 30 seconds of jumping jacks, then immediately climb another set of stairs (remember try to climb up and down a total of 250 steps – so if you need to go up and down a set of short stairs 2 times to make 250 steps, so be it!)
- Rest for 30 seconds at the bottom of the stairs
- Before you climb again, do 30 seconds of fake jump rope, then immediately climb another set
- Rest of 30 seconds at the bottom of the stairs
- Before you climb again, do 30 seconds of knee kicks.
Repeat 5-10 times, add in some plank holds, some crunches, some push ups & triceps dips for a total body workout… watch the video to see how it’s done!

Still a slave to your diet soda? The documentary, “Sweet Misery: A Poisoned World” uncovers the dangers of aspartame, how it got approved by the FDA in the first place and exposes an industry whose actions can only be described as the mass poisoning of America.
From womb to tomb we are being marketed chemicals or drugs in one form or another. The companies making food additives are the same companies making the drugs that repair the damage from food additives. It’s a revolving door. From grocery store to hospital.
If you are eating diet foods you are being poisoned, pure and simple. The whole process of turning a food into “diet” or “fat free” or “light” means the stripping of nutrients and means including man made chemicals; like Aspartame and MSG, to enhance the flavor of these foods. But, Aspartame is in more than diet foods. Check your labels. If it says sugar free, most likely it’s sweetened with Aspartame.

- Aspartame is not a diet enhancement product.
- Aspartame is not safe.
- Aspartame is not a food additive.
Now let’s take a look at what Aspartame is:
- Aspartame is an unregulated and unsafe drug.
- Aspartame is a man made chemical compound.
- Aspartame breaks down into formaldehyde that is never released by the human body.
- Aspartame poisoning is cumulative.
The FDA lists 92 official side effects of Aspartame. Here are just a few:
- Headache
- Poor Equilibrium
- Change of Mood
- Nausea
- Change in Vision
- Seizures
- Memory Loss
- Difficulty Breathing
